BNKJ friend Rusty Bramlett and his wife Andria enjoyed a wonderful day on the water about 16 miles out from Key Largo. Just a beautiful boat ride and perfect day for fishing!!
Rusty and Andria found a good weed line, and then a couple floating timbers. They could see the fish -- "largo" and "smallo" -- circling the timbers/weeds and managed to
hook up on three large Mahi. One of those they were able to get into the boat after a tough 45 minute fight using a 20# line on a spinning reel! Take a look--
At the end of the day, the fishing duo had caught about a dozen smaller fish, and kept seven of them. Fish sandwich anyone?
No seasickness on this smooth sailing trip!
